清华大学战略与安全研究中心简介

清华大学战略与安全研究中心是清华大学校级研究机构，成立于2018年11月7日，旨在打造国际战略和安全领域的国际化和专业化的高端智库。中心有两大目标：一是就国际秩序、国际关系以及战略与安全等问题开展研究，跟踪形势变化并做出判断，为决策提供参考意见和建议；二是通过开展多种形式的国际交流与合作，宣介、阐释和传播中国的理念和政策主张，增进国际社会的了解，提升清华大学在战略与国关界的国际影响力。

研究中心以战略与安全、外交与国际关系等问题为主要研究领域，以全球秩序、国际安全治理、人工智能与国家安全等重大战略与安全问题作为主要研究方向。

实行管委会领导下的主任负责制，主任由清华大学兼职教授、国际关系研究院荣誉院长傅莹担任。中心设立学术委员会作为学术指导和顾问机构，并设立咨询委员会和发展理事会作为顾问机构。研究中心下设五个分中心和两个秘书处，分别是国际安全治理研究分中心、中美关系研究中心暨新技术与国家安全跨学科研究分中心、亚太海洋安全与治理研究分中心、地区安全风险研究中心、战略与政策咨询部、中国论坛秘书处和战略三十人论坛秘书处。

Center for International Security and Strategy, Tsinghua University(CISS)

The Center for International Security and Strategy at Tsinghua University(CISS), established on 7 November 2018, is a research institution that analyzes international security and strategy issues, including diplomacy and international relations, global security governance, and artificial intelligence. The Center aims at providing policymakers with recommendations on resolving some of the world’s most pressing security issues, as well as enhancing the international community’s understanding of China’s ideas and policies.

Steered by a Management Committee headed by Mme. Fu Ying, adjunct professor and Honorary President of the Institute of International Relations, Tsinghua University, the Center has an Academic Committee that provides academic guidance, and an Advisory Committee and Development Council that serve as advisory bodies. The Center also consists of five sub-centers and two secretariats, namely, the Sub-center for International Security Governance, the Research Center for China-US Relationship and Sub-center for Multi-disciplinary Research on New Technology and National Security, the Sub-center for Asia-Pacific Maritime Security and Governance Studies, the Research Center for Regional Security Risks, the Strategy and Policy Consulting Department, the China Forum Secretariat and the Strategy 30 Forum Secretariat.

上海春秋发展战略研究院是一间专注于研究当代中国及其同世界关系的独立民间智库，旨在推动海内外对中国发展形成更加深入的理解。在国内企业界、学术界和知识界知名人士的大力支持下，春秋研究院独力或与国内外学者及学术研究机构合作，发起、组织、赞助大量研究项目。春秋研究院向政府和企业客户提供报告和咨询服务，并通过大众媒体合作伙伴观察者网发布调查结果。

Chunqiu Institute for Development and Strategic Studies Chunqiu Institute is an independent , non-government think tank dedicated to the study of contemporary China and its relations to the world and to the promotion of a deeper understanding of China's development, both domestically and internationally. It is supported and operated by leading private entrepreneurs, scholars, and intellectuals. Chunqiu Institute initiates, organizes and sponsors various research programs either independently or through collaboration with distinguished scholars, academic institutions and research organizations within China and overseas. Chunqiu Institute provides reports and consulting services to governmental and enterprise clients and publishes research results to the public through its long-term mass media partner Guancha Syndicate.
